The platforms we build

Eight areas where we do repeat work. Each one is a platform rather than a one-off, which is why the same problems keep arriving from different directions.

01

Industrial ONVIF Gateway Platform

Development of embedded Linux and OpenWrt-based gateway platforms for secure ONVIF, RTSP, and industrial video integration.

A gateway is where two systems that were never designed for each other are made to agree. On the device side it has to tolerate cameras that interpret the specification loosely; on the network side it has to survive an estate it does not control. The engineering is largely in the failure cases: what happens when a stream drops, a certificate expires, or a device reappears with a different identity.

02

ONVIF Compliance & Video Interoperability

Testing, diagnosis and integration of ONVIF-compliant cameras, NVRs and IoT video devices for real-world network deployments.

Conformance is declared per profile, at a point in time. Deployment is continuous, mixed-vendor and on somebody else’s network. Most of this work is closing the distance between those two facts: reproducing a fault at the wire, attributing it to a device or a platform, and documenting it well enough that the finding survives being commercially unwelcome.

03

PCB Engineering Platform

Enhancement of industrial PCB engineering workflows, CAM validation systems, automated rule-checking, and engineering tooling integration.

Tooling work rarely appears on a roadmap and often returns more than the features that do. A rule check that runs automatically catches the error before fabrication rather than after, and the cost of a caught error and a shipped one differ by orders of magnitude.

04

Industrial Vision & Camera Systems

Development of intelligent vision systems and industrial camera integration platforms for surveillance, process monitoring, automation.

A vision system that works on the bench and fails on the line is usually failing upstream of the software: illumination, optics, or a sensor chosen against a datasheet rather than against the scene. Getting the imaging chain right first is what makes the analysis afterwards straightforward.

05

Industrial IoT & Edge Monitoring Systems

Design and integration of Industrial IoT and edge computing platforms for remote monitoring, telemetry, sensor aggregation, industrial communication.

Remote monitoring is easy to demonstrate and hard to keep running. The difficulty is in the parts nobody demonstrates: intermittent links, devices that reboot, clock drift across a fleet, and a data path that has to stay correct when half of it is unreachable.

06

Embedded Linux & OpenWrt Platforms

Development of custom embedded Linux and OpenWrt-based systems for industrial networking, secure communications, gateway applications.

Building on OpenWrt means taking on a patch stack and a maintenance obligation, not just a distribution. The platform decisions that matter are the update path, the signing story and whether a shipped image can still be rebuilt years later.

07

Smart Manufacturing & Industry 4.0 Solutions

Engineering solutions supporting Industry 4.0 transformation through connected manufacturing systems, industrial data integration, automation platforms.

The hard part of connecting a plant is rarely the connection. It is that the equipment predates the initiative, speaks several protocols, and cannot be taken offline to be modernised. Work that assumes a greenfield line does not survive contact with the floor.

08

AI-Enabled Industrial Monitoring & Analytics

Development of intelligent monitoring and analytics platforms supporting predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, industrial telemetry analysis.

Model accuracy is the part that gets discussed and rarely the part that decides the outcome. Where inference runs, what it costs in power and thermal headroom, and how the result reaches the system that acts on it are what turn a detection into a decision.

Bring us the challenge

The one that has been handed back, sits between two suppliers, or nobody can say is possible yet. A short call costs you nothing and you will speak to one of our consultants.

Engineer to engineer. No handoffs.
