ONVIF / RTSP edge gateway
An embedded-Linux gateway that discovers cameras over ONVIF, ingests RTSP (H.264/H.265), buffers and records locally, runs AI where it belongs and connects out to the cloud securely — no inbound port forwarding.

Mixed-vendor interoperability
Axis, Hanwha, Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Vivotek — each with its own reading of ONVIF. Getting one platform to speak to all of them is protocol work, and it is exactly what we do.

We own the hard, differentiated half — the edge gateway, ONVIF/RTSP interoperability, edge AI and device-to-cloud security — and resource the cloud, web and mobile layer with our security-cleared engineering colleagues, so one accountable team runs the whole stack rather than handing you an integration gap.
Build or buy?
Both, deliberately. We build the parts that are genuinely differentiated and reuse proven open-source and managed cloud services for the rest, so you reach a commercial MVP without paying to reinvent a video server or a transcoding pipeline. Which is which is one of the first things a discovery settles.
Who does the work, and where?
UK-led, engineer to engineer, with security-cleared EU-based engineering colleagues where the workload calls for it. No senior-sells-then-junior-builds handoff — the people who scope it are the people who build it.
How does pricing work?
It starts with a fixed-price discovery scoped to a defined deliverable: architecture, hardware recommendation, cloud and security design, a GDPR view and a costed delivery plan. You get a firm basis for the larger build before committing to it, rather than an open-ended day rate.
Can we own the intellectual property?
Yes. Project-specific source, models and infrastructure can be owned by you, on your own cloud accounts and repositories, with any third-party or open-source components clearly identified and their licences disclosed up front.
Will it scale?
It is architected for multi-tenant growth from a pilot to thousands of cameras without a fundamental redesign, with an edge-first approach that keeps bandwidth and cloud-AI cost under control as the estate grows.
